3) Proof of Billing ( in case not in your name Certification from the owner of the billing)
4) Proof of Income ( Job Contract if OFW
Certificate of Employment if locally Employed)
5) Income Tax Return
6) Residence Certificate (Sedula)
7) Post Dated Checks
8) Reservation Fee of 10,000.00

PAG-IBIG FINANCING

1) Photocopy of 2 valid ID (Government and Company )

9) Membership Statement of Accumulated Value (ESAV)
10) Mambership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
11) Reservation Fee of 10,000.00
